Live workshop (PKR 999)
- Up to 24 hours before the workshop starts: full refund, or transfer your seat to the next workshop — your choice.
- Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: the fee is not refunded, but you may transfer it once to a future workshop or apply it toward the program fee.
- If we cancel or fail to hold the workshop, everyone receives a full refund.
8-week program (Build with AI)
- Full refund within the first 2 sessions. If the program is not for you, message us on WhatsApp before the third session begins and we refund everything you have paid — no questions asked.
- From the third session onward the fee is non-refundable, including the second installment if you chose the installment plan.
How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp from the number you enrolled with and say you want a refund. Approved refunds are sent within 7 business days to the same JazzCash / EasyPaisa / bank account the payment came from.
Notes
- Refunds are always made to the original payer and payment method.
- Discounted or promotional prices are refunded at the amount actually paid.
