AIseBanao ("we", "us") operates this website and the Build with AI program. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you send us on WhatsApp. Enrollment happens over WhatsApp. When you message us, we receive your phone number, display name and the content of your messages.
- The enrollment form. When you submit the form on /enroll, the details you entered (name, WhatsApp number, chosen plan, optional note) are emailed to us via FormSubmit, a form-delivery service, and a pre-filled WhatsApp message opens on your device. The website itself stores nothing.
- Payment confirmations. When you pay via JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer, we receive the confirmation details you share (e.g. a transaction screenshot). We never see or store your card numbers, wallet PINs or banking passwords.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance. This site does not currently set advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To confirm your seat, send class links, recordings and program updates.
- To provide support and answer your questions.
- To improve the program and this website.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
- We do not share your contact details with third parties, except services needed to run the program (e.g. Google Meet for live classes).
- We do not publish your messages or results as testimonials without your permission.
Community groups
Enrolled students may be added to a private WhatsApp community. Your name and number are visible to other group members, as is normal for WhatsApp groups. You can leave the group at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to correct or delete the information we hold about you by messaging us on WhatsApp. We keep enrollment and payment records only as long as needed for accounting and support.
Changes
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
